I had purchased a pole pruner attachment for my Stihl KombiSystem at a store that was going out of business. I was not aware I purchased an item that would not work with my equipment. They took the time to research and determine they could salvage my purchase with a $50 part change. I said from then on they would be my dealer as the two local dealers in my hometown could care less about their customer or timely repairs."

"During the first visit in March, Jim (the repairman) worked on the motor and told me that the fix may or may not work, stating sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn’t. If it didn’t work he’d have to order a carburetor. It started leaking again so I gave him a call and he ordered the carburetor which was very difficult for him to find because since the mower was so new not all the parts had been listed at the part store yet. Once the carburetor came in he came over and in no time had it replaced and the mower running and so far I’ve not had any trouble with it. Note: The price listed is for both visits including the cost of the carburetor."

"Terrible company. Possibly a scam. They attempted to sell me a part they didn't even have, and after waiting patiently for OVER A MONTH, I canceled my order. When calling them to confirm, they told me they never had the part to sell to me. What a joke!"

"Sears appliance repair is the worst of the worst. I have never been more dissatisfied with any company...ever. The last 52 days (yes) have been an experience that no one should have. They sent technicians out to repair my Kenmore washing machine no less than six times. They cannot repair the machine - which is less than 3 years old. Do NOT buy from them!"

"ABC states they are a Christian family owned business that cares about its customers but unfortunately I have experienced the opposite especially during a spouses life and death situation. We hired ABC to eradicate pest problems at 2 homes last summer. They completed the treatment at both homes and I signed up for the monthly warranty for $50.00 a month per home where they would come out every few months to recheck for pests. We were able to schedule 1 recheck but unfortunately my husband became ill, collapsing, becoming unconscious and turning blue 2 to 3 times a week requiring me call to call 911 and my husband being in the hospital coding blue twice. When ABC contacted me to schedule the next recheck, I explained that either my husband was too ill or hospitalized and we could not schedule at that time. My husband ended up being in the hospital all of January and passed away in February. The company again called to schedule and I explained that my husband had passed away and I could not function, much less think about scheduling a recheck. They said they sympathized with my situation but were cancelling my warranty on both homes because they had not been able to come back out since the first recheck. ABC didn't care that my husband had been in and out of the hospital 2-3 times a week and had passed away. I reached out to the customer service manager to only get a reply that they sympathized with my situation but it is stated in their warranty that they can cancel if they are not able to do their rechecks. They did not care that my husband of 37 years and I had been through h*** since last summer and he had just passed away. Not to mention that I am the one that should have been upset because of their lack of empathy especially claiming to be a Christian family owned business and continuing to pay $50.00 a month per home when I couldn't have them do the recheck. I never complained and fully understood my obligation to pay the warranty even though I couldn't have them come back out yet. To make matters worse, I explained on-line when I set the appointment that I couldn't see it online and needed a copy in person when they arrived. I didn't see or sign the contract, which was not printed out but on-line until the services were complete and the heat treatment lifted the new vinyl floor at one home and I still didn't complain. This company didn't care about their customer and refused to make an exception in this painful extenuating circumstance. I am very upset with their lack of empathy and understanding.""
