Zero communication skills, customer relations and professionalism -- unresponsive, careless, & rebellious, money-focused, prone to personal attacks. Unprepared to deliver on sliding door installation resulting in faulty installation then refusing to accept responsibility; specialty glass installation, a disaster...was best asking him not to return. I accept responsibility for not vetting him appropriately . A learning experience on what not to do. Do have detailed documentation."
