"Sir, you are absolutely correct that getting your estimate to you was delayed. However, I spoke with directly on the 9th and explained that this time of year is busy for all contractors (us included) and sometimes estimates take longer than we like. I did work on this for you as I said I would. Our office is closed on the weekends and when you emailed me yesterday (the 12th) and I emailed you right back with the additional information that I acquired. I also expressed in my email that the electrician who was working on your proposal got called on an emergency call and it is just the nature of the business that emergencies come first. I also included the proposal. I am not sure what time you posted this review but it seems our emails must have crossed. Please understand we do our best to provide the best service possible. We do still appreciate the opportunity to quote that work for you and any future projects you may have."
