Shade Shield was prompt in giving us a quote (which was well below what we were expecting), took measurements of the windows, and built them and installed them quicker than projected.  They even washed the windows!  No pressure for sales nor payment.

Promised date was met, install was perfect. Kevin Calcote (owner) was prompt and very courteous.

It went very well. The owner came out and he measured and gave me a price. I apologized that my job was on the smaller side of things, but he told me he didn't mind. It was supposed to be around a week delay, but he had someone out in six days. The worker who came out was polite and nice, and finished the work quickly. They did an outstanding job.

Kevin came out and showed us the screens and possible alternatives. He gave us a quote and we told him we would let him know. We called about a week later and he ordered the screens for us. They came out and installed them very quickly and they look great. The price was reasonable and Gahlen (the installer) did a great job. He was missing one screen (curved window) and the factory cut two wrong. He got the missing screen and the two new ones and was back in about 4 hours to finish the installation! I can sincerely recommend this company. Our son is next for his house near us.

I have contacted the provider since on Monday, I explained to him the problem of the screen that had came off due to a storm. Kevin had been driving, and told me that he would call me back. I did not hear back from him that day, so I have been reaching out to him ever since on his office line and cell phone but have gotten no response back at all. I'm not expecting anything for free, but I do accept some sort of communication. I feel like I have been disrespected.

Kevin was very responsive, professional and very knowledgeable. Installer did a great job cleaning and installing new screens. Rooms are much cooler than before! The quality of these screens is the best I have seen and the color looks fantastic! I highly recommend Shade Shield.

We were very impressed with Kevin Calcote and his installers. Kevin responded quickly to our request for an estimate. Before he gave us a price quote he measured all our windows and gave us a very thorough explanation of the product. Exterior washing of the windows prior to instillation was included as was taking the old screens to be recycled. He brought samples of the screens with him so we were able to pick the color and degree of UV blockage that suited our home best. There was a slight delay in the actual instillation due to the string of rainy days we had in early June. The installers were both professional and friendly. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to install 24 screens. The results were immediate. The amount of glare coming in was dramatically reduced. I am now able to have my shades open during the day to enjoy the beauty of the outdoors without worrying about fading my furniture and carpets. As our windows are only single pain the solar shade screens have also helped significantly with keeping the house cooler. It went very well!  I met Kevin on the 23rd of April when he came out to give me an estimate but as he finished measuring I told him not to bother writing up an estimate I just told him "You're Hired".  Kevin indicated that is would be about seven to ten days to get the new frames made and then he would call to set a time to install the new screens.  To the day, he called to setup an installation time.  He's technician showed up early and was done in no time and did a great job!

The installer called and said he would be at our house at 2:30 pm. Showed up on time, washed windows and installed all screens in 2 1/2/ hours. They look great and already cooler in the house without being dark.

The Solar Shades offers us privacy yet does not reduce the sunlight from entering our home.
