Installer showed up on time and worked on the project all day. Came back the next day and completed the project and cleaned up. The owner of the company stopped by to check on the work and was very easy to work with. We are very happy with the finished project and would use them again.

"Sorry that you feel that way but we have tried several times to contact you. If you will call us we had already cut the film to replace the film on two of your windows. We have tried several times to call you but your phone has a message that the voice mail has not been setup so it is hard to get a hold of you. Please call us and schedule an appointment to replace the film we said we would."

I purchased a living social coupon for $45.00 that was supposed to cover a $75.00 service to clean 20 window panes. I didn't have any experience with window cleaners, so I wasn't aware that my french windows would result in each divided section counting as one pane. Their normal price for cleaning one pane in a french window is $1.00. They stated the way the deal is structured it covered 20 window panes and each additional would be at their regular price of $1.00. They acknowledged that their regular price for cleaning 20 french window panes would be only $20.00.
Since I had already purchased the deal I had them clean my most difficult to reach window. That window has 40 french panes so the invoice was for $21.65 with tax. I paid $45.00 for the 'discount deal', and $20.00 more for a total of $65.00 to clean a set of windows that their regular price would have been $40.00.
I politely spoke with 3 different members of their staff during this experience and while they were all polite, they had no problem with this 'discount deal' resulting in me paying 60% more than their regular price for their service. All were polite enough but basically it was that is the deal you bought and that is that. If you count in the $30.00 'discount' I purchased I paid more twice their normal price for cleaning one set of windows.

"(deleted member name) I am sorry you were not totally satisfied. I hope you were satisfied with the cleaning job since you did not mention that. On the Living Social Deal we had a link to our page of how to count windows to avoid this problem. The address of that page is http://www.asetint.com/id33.html If you will look at that page you will notice it tells you clearly how we figure window panes. As far as the price actually our normal price for french pane (divided light) windows is $2 the $1 charge you were quoted was a special for our Living Social customers. The normal total price for a job like yours would be $80 + tax so you actually came out ahead."

We had an excellent experience with Absolute Solar Experts from the time they gave the estimate until the job was finished. A couple owns the company, and they installed the film themselves. A very nice lady named Clarissa runs their office operation very efficiently and professionally.
