INNOVATIVE REMODELING

I was most impressed with the professionalism of both Callie and John. Callie took her time to explain exactly what would happen and came up with a creative and awesome plan! They crew stayed on schedule and Callie coordinated so well with not only the management, but other residents to make them aware of the time line and stick to it! John went out of his way to insure the plan was doable and had an engineer come out to double check the whole plan. Both Callie and John were available 24/7 if anything came up and needed their attention. The pricing was fair and their were no corners cut to remodel the condo! Everyone went out of their way to make sure every detail, no matter how small was addressed. The start time and the end time were met If I were ever going to do any remodeling, this would be the company I would call!

The gentlemen from Innovative were very professional and knowledgeable. They answered all questions posed and completed all work on time and to the specifications required.

On a scale of 1-10, I would give them an 11. They did an excellent job. They say what they're going to do and they do it. They are very reputable. They remodeled my family room and also did some outside remodeling and some roofing repairs. He fixed some rotting architectural beams that extended from the roof, and reconstructed some of the outside of my home, including some siding work.
