We have found out that we have beat major competitors pricing from 30-50%. With that said, we encourage customers to give 50% down at point of sale but no less than 25%, to keep pricing down and help with the material cost in advance to get this going quicker. Cabinetry Choices Inc does not offer financing.

Licensed Home builder and genral contractor for 25 years. We provide all services for remodeling and new construction. We have on staff structural engineer, full licensed and insured techs at all fields and professional empoyees and sub contractors. We do pull all necessary permits as required

"This company pulled a permit for another company that wanted to use their license to do leveling on my daughter‘s house. The city of Live Oak, where the house is located informed us that lag Enterprises is responsible for the work. We paid $10,000 to have my daughter’s house leveled. During the process of leveling all of my daughters sprinkler system pipes were pulled up broken and left lane on the yard they also completely destroyed all of my daughters Landscaping , which we understood would be done and we are willing to accept of course we never expected an expensive sprinkler system to be pulled out of the ground and destroyed. They actually had the gall to tell us there was something wrong with the sprinkler system when they started and that now is why it doesn’t work they absolutely refuse to take any responsibility or help us in anyway. Do not use this company you will be sorry Very poor business practices."

Cabinet Making questions, answered by experts

Yes, new bathroom cabinets made from a quality material can increase home value. Updated cabinets enhance the overall look and functionality of the bathroom, making it more appealing to potential buyers. Additionally, they create a sense of cleanliness, an essential factor for homebuyers. Investing in new cabinets is a cost-effective way to modernize your bathroom's aesthetics and usability, which is a win-win for your home's market value.

There are a few key differences between custom and semi-custom cabinets. While custom cabinets offer complete customization, semi-custom cabinets are less personalized, offering fewer paint color, finish, and hardware choices. In addition, custom cabinets typically take longer to install due to the build time, whereas semi-custom cabinets are prefabricated and therefore faster to install.

Since melamine is a type of laminate, both types of cabinets are similar in features and benefits, but they also differ in some ways. Melamine is generally more affordable than laminate, while also being resistant to scratches, stains, and heat. However, melamine cabinets are also heavier and may easily splinter during installation. All in all, the choice between melamine and laminate cabinets will depend on your specific needs.

If you’re on a tight budget, the least expensive material you can buy for DIY closet shelves is chipboard, a.k.a. particle board. This inexpensive material is made from a pulp of sawdust, resin, and glue that’s pressed together under high temperature and pressure. As you can imagine, it’s not very sturdy and might buckle under your blue jean collection, so you should only use it if you’re storing very light items.

If your cabinet doors won’t close properly, you may have an issue with the hinges. Go through the steps above to adjust them. If that doesn’t work, you may need to replace the hinges.
