"Diane has been spectacular in working with us in designing and managing our kitchen remodel. She listened and understood our ideas, working them nicely into her vision. She has met us at several locations to help us make design choices and is responsive in all forms of communication. The contractors and craftsmen she uses are top-notch. We would recommend her without hesitation."

"We put out a call for several companies to come give us a bid last Friday. Several wanted to come out this Friday, the others have not even bothered to contact us. New Elite Roof, LLC contacted us within a few minutes and were over here within the hour and gave me a bid that was lower than the others one we had managed to get. Price was not the real selling point. It was their Restoration Specialist. He was remarkably friendly, extremely knowledgeable and approachable. Let me know exactly what they were going to do. Gave me a sketch of the plan, took photos, measured, then produced a quote right there on the spot. More than anything was the fact that i could tell he was actually listening to me, looking me in the eye, when i asked question or made a remark."

"Hank provided professional service throughout the project. He listened and included everything I asked for. I received a full set of plans with mechanicals. He also helped with permitting and made any adjustments called for by the city with no additional cost. I highly recommend him and would work with him again."

A hearth often looks like a tile or brick floor that juts out from and surrounds your fireplace. A hearth can be made of stone, brick, ceramic, or any other fireproof material. Brick offers a classic and traditional vibe, whereas a hearth made of marble or ceramic may lean more toward modern aesthetics. The most common depth of a hearth is 20 inches.

No, even if you have a vague idea of what you want, it’s a good idea to reach out to a contractor that specializes in outdoor kitchens for assistance. Professionals who have constructed kitchens for other homeowners can not only help you think about the functionality and convenience of your outdoor space—which many homeowners neglect—but they can also help you choose high-quality, durable materials that meet your budget and match the rest of your outdoor space. In fact, it’s often better to contact a contractor and get the ball rolling before you have a solidified plan for your outdoor kitchen.

Mid-century modern design focused primarily on two things: simple, functional furniture, often with geometric shapes, and specific color palettes that included earth tones and what we’d today call retro colors. Furniture often blended different materials, like teak or oak wood, with vinyl, metal, and glass. Common mid-century modern paint colors included browns, reds, burnt oranges, yellows, aqua greens, and whites.

Yes, professionals offer custom designs, including lattice tops and decorative post caps.
