"Misael Gomez - 512-696-6128 Did a spring clean up in both my front and back yard. Cleaned out flower beds, laid down weed barrier and brought in black mulch. Trimmed Crepes, weeded, and raked up tons of leaves that were over two inches deep. They worked very hard and I was very pleased with their services. I will definitely use them again. Call Misael - They will treat you right."

Customers say: True professional

"Brandon did a great job on an overwhelming situation. He tackled a job that ended up taking 20 days for he and his crew. With over 30 different loads removed from the property, words do not express the gratitude for his diligent work. I am a person that believes it is best to recycle as much as possible vs just putting everything into a land fill. Scrap metal, cardboard, paper and books, magazines with overwhelming damage were recycled. Wood that could be made into mulch was directed to other recycle centers. Then there were the clothing and viable donations given to goodwill. Brandon also took care of proper disposal of hazardous material & tires that were on the property. He also communicated with me when I had to return to Dallas Metroplex to take care of work and was not at the property. I would diffidently recommend Brandon for any one?s job needs. Very satisfied client."

"I had a small upright freezer removed from my house. Rick came right on time, was friendly and worked efficiently. However, it was an exceptionally easy job and I’m not sure the price reflected that."

"JR Junk Removal was very efficient. They confirmed the pick-up date and time the day before the job and also on the morning of the job. Their communication skills were excellent. They removed all items quickly and for a very reasonable competitive price. I will definitely recommend JR Junk Removal to anyone who needs this type of service."

Leaf Removal questions, answered by experts

By using PPE, sealing work areas, and following containment procedures.

Hazardous waste is waste that poses a threat to human or environmental health. This generally refers to waste that is flammable, corrosive, toxic, or reactive. To confirm if the waste you need to remove is considered hazardous waste, contact your local hazardous waste facility.

While not all homes built before 1978 contain lead paint, enough do, so you’ll still want to test to be on the safe side. The federal government banned lead-based paint for homes in 1978, but your state may have banned lead before that time. Around 24% of homes built between 1960 and 1977 contained lead-based paint, while 87% of homes built before 1940 contained lead-based paint.

When a surface that contains lead dust is disturbed, the dust can float about in the air for roughly an hour before settling again. Since you cannot see the dust, it is important always to wear protective gear when working with any materials that may contain lead paint and to keep children, pets, and others away from the area for as long as possible

You do not have to remove lead paint if the surface is not chipping or peeling or if there are no pregnant people or children under the age of six who live in or regularly visit your home. Lead paint is a particular risk for young children whose brains and bodies are not fully developed. Experts strongly recommend that you call a pro to remove lead paint if it’s peeling or flaking, no matter who lives in the home. You can experience lead poisoning by breathing in or ingesting just a small amount of it.
