Easy communication. Showed him the problems and he completely understood both the problem and gave an explanation of the causes. He got very professional equipment from his vehicle (unlike a previous experience with another plumber) and began correcting the problems. He went beyond just doing the repairs and checked other lines then tested all of his work and let me watch the performance post repair. Drain lines (2) drain better now than since I purchased the house 12 years ago. I am very happy with the results. His charge of $225 (included a 40 mile round trip) was a very good value considering the time he used and his professional ability. Will call if needed again. I dient feel i needed to pay sonce my appoinment was at 330 had they been on time they could have purchased the handle and completed the job. This didnt go over well but he could not get ahold of Mr. Black. I know plumbers get busy, no problem missing the appointment, they should have said sorry and re-scheduled me. Wed the next week i call and see whats going on, they said theywould be back. Chris said after having a conversation with me about paying a service call sent someoneto repair the faucet.
Fine faucet repaired, no hot water, they did not adjust the regulator so the handle would spin and allow hot water to flow. I called Chris and ask about this he said he would send a courtosy visit the next week, butineeded a whole new faucet requiring themtocutinto my wall. I decided youtube the regulator repair, pulled the handle adjusted it and in 5 minuets had hot water. This is just the sdaest company. Chris needs to either be the boss or the plumber becuase he can not jugle everything in the buisness himself. They didcharge me for the first 30 second visit, when I paid for the repair that only allowed cold water.
I had used them before and the plumber was FANTASTIC! I had called everyone i knew and told them to use Black Plumbing, thne had to call and eat crow, use at your own risk. If you have an emergancey and call at off hours you talkk directly winth the plumber, if you call during buisness hours and get Chris, you will not be happy, customer service, all the way to completion and jopb quality suck. Therewas mud in my bathrom and shower from thier boots, some typofstuff istillhaven'tgot offmy whoer wall, just poor, poor service. Gas Leak Repair reviews from real Angi homeowners in Rotan, TX
There was a communication problem and one of the jobs was overlooked. Also, a faucet was not installed properly and wobbled. I talked to the owner and he personally came back and attended to the repairs.
We met in my office and discussed the job and he created a contract that spelled everything out. One price covered labor and (specific) materials! I felt very good starting out. He told me that he is a volunteer firefighter and director of youth at his church. I quickly found out this guy is...

They were very responsive. It took awhile to find the leak but they found it and they improved the location of the valve so that it will be easier to find in case I need to find it again. They completely fixed the problem
Tv wouldn't turn on. Tv shop replaced a copitav in Oct 13. Presion occured again in Feb 14. TV shop repaired again plus added problem at no cost.

Landmark Home Warranty is a publicly held company committed to offering the highest level of service for all of your home warranty needs.
"Landmark Uses Disreputable Contractors ? AZA Repair & Brenovations HVAC Are the Worst
Landmark sent AZA Repair for my refrigerator, and they left it worse than before?still not working, scorch marks from a blowtorch, copper lines sticking out, tools and oil left behind, and no receipt. Then Landmark sent Brenovations HVAC for an AC motor replacement, and that turned into exposed wires, bolts hitting fan blades, missing parts, and complete disregard for safety near my kids? play area. Both companies were unprofessional, negligent, and refused accountability. Landmark?s use of these contractors makes me seriously question the value of having a home warranty at all."

Gas Leak Repair questions, answered by experts
Take this one seriously! If your oven smells like gas when it’s off, this is a telltale sign of a gas leak that can lead to a fire or explosion. In addition, a small leak has the potential to turn into a major leak without warning if any part of your piping or tubing breaks. Potential sources of a leak include the gas valve, burner, joint, or connection lines behind the stove. If the leak appears to be significant, you should contact the gas company or fire department.
Before you hire a natural gas plumber, it’s a good idea to get quotes from multiple pros to find the best value. When speaking with prospective plumbers, ask them if they’re licensed to work with gas lines, what precautions they take to ensure safety during the project, and how to handle an emergency if there’s a leak after the job. You may also want to know about warranties or guarantees, additional costs, how to prep your home, and if you’ll need to relight your pilot lights.
In most cases, a flexible steel hose connects your gas line to the wall. This process is typical if you are replacing your gas stove or if the old pipe has worn down. However, always leave this job for a professional plumber. Errors can be very dangerous, so it's worth calling a professional to take a look.
Yes, most states require a plumber to be licensed, and for good reason. Hiring an unlicensed plumber could lead to poor quality work, costly future expenses, and potential code violations. Check our state licensing tool to review the local plumber guidelines.
As you browse our pro listings, take note of the “Angi Approved” badge. Angi Approved businesses meet our standards for certification, which include:
The owner, principal, or relevant manager passed a criminal background check
Required to have applicable state and local licenses
Maintain an average star rating of 3.0 or better on our network, if they have at least one review
Paying to advertise their services
Meeting any other eligibility criteria required by Angi
Keep in mind licensing is different from certifications. A license is a legal requirement to operate a business, while certifications are voluntary.
It costs anywhere from $125 to $2,000 to convert an electric stove to gas because it all depends on the current setup of your kitchen. For example, if you already have a gas line behind your stove, you could pay as little as $125 to have a plumber hook up your new range. Running a new gas line, however, costs between $260 and $820. If you don’t have gas service at all, you’ll spend around $2,000 to set it up.
