In July 2022, 16 windows were installed by contractors hired by Statewide that had a young guy with no pride in the job. The window trim that was removed could not be replaced so they had to get new trim that didn?t match the old trim. The paint was matched to the old trim color and paint was dropped off for my husband to paint. Downstairs bathroom window leaked badly and damaged the wall but they finally came and replaced the sheetrock that was damaged. Also last month, in February 2023, we finally received the replacement window that was damaged upon arrival. They kept reassuring us that they weren?t going to use those installers again so if you decide to use this company good luck!"

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it.
