"Dave made a couple of visits and provided in-depth information on their product. He answered all of the questions patiently and went into great detail as to how the product is manufactured and put together to insure top notch quality. He made some nice recommendations which really made sense and finally took all measurements. All of the glide out shelving was custom manufactured in their local workshop. Installation was completed in one day. It's been almost a year and we have put it to good use and worth every penny. The shelves are really strong (unlike box stores) and the glide-out rails are simply superb and smooth. We can now store all the pots and pans, blender, toaster etc. easily and also find them quickly !!! Shows the excellent "Made in USA" quality. We are very happy and highly recommend the product and company to anyone ...
