Get matched with top window tinters in Porter, TX

"After decades of wanting them but having higher priorities, we finally got black window-screens after losing electricity last month during the hurricane. As I saw on a YouTube video, black screens sort of disappear when you look through them (you can still see them). The gray/silver types tend to reflect the light and become obvious (in my opinion). Doug Conner did all the field-work; measuring, and coming back in a week to install. The price was well below any other estimates, and the screens are top quality. Our windows are no longer perfectly square, but he had the skill and experience to get it right. I gave a 4 for two reasons. First, he got tied up on another project, but did not call us to say he would be two days late to install. Second, the manufacturer failed to make one screen, and had the rest wrapped up in a way that made it impossible for Doug to count accurately. If he took apart the packaging to check, he risked them getting knocked out of square during transport. But, true to his word, he was back the next day with a rush-job to install it."

"It was a great experience working with Dollie and her team, all starting from the initial check in to quote, scheduling the work to getting it done was a smooth ride. Her team delivered too quality work. I would highly recommend for Window Tinting."

"When we decided to buy solar films for our windows we did not know where to start. I used next door app, and Alex was the first to respond. Actually, come to think of it, it was on a weekend as well. He came exactly when he said he would to do the initial assessment. I was a total novice to the process, but he explained everything to the very last detail. He was a very warm spirit and is a true professional. I felt I could trust him from the start. He made me feel at ease with his compassion. All of my concerns were addressed. His level of expertise and experience reassured me. He performed the install himself, and I would have to say his work is impeccable down to the very last detail. He is very astute and can make adjustments on the fly to fit any budget. If you are looking for a solar and security film installer of high morals, character, and is very friendly, Alex is your man! I highly recommend Houston Solar and Security Film for your home or business."

"screens need to be sturdy they are pretty flimsy during high winds need screwed down need better solution for storms and high winds"

"I hired this companyâ from research and reviews. They were hired to tint large windows on sun side of house. They were very knowledgeable and knew a lot about what tin to use. The effects of window tint vs double pane window issues. They were prompt and didnâ t leave a spec of trash behind. It looks great and I would hire them again."

"Steve came by to measure my windows. After he was done, he used his tablet to send me an email with a PDF invoice for the services, which included all of the window measurements and costs. I was really impressed with the company's cost transparency, since I had another window tinting company come out before and they only provided me with an invoice - and not the window measurements.  The installers came on time and were very professional. The installation took place on 1/7. On 1/15 I received an email with a paid invoice acknowledgement and information regarding a government tax credit. On 1/23, I received an email with the tag "Huper Optik Warranty Registration Confirmation."  Overall I am very satisfied.
