"Outstanding service. I contacted Paul to get an estimate to scrape our ceilings (had outdated popcorn), and then we had to go out of town unexpectedly. I had emailed him photos of the rooms and my measurements of square footage. I called him on our way back, on a Tuesday, to confirm the job and gave him a $100 deposit over the phone. On Wednesday his subcontractor, Ruben, called me and set up for Thursday, and by that evening they were done, all popcorn gone and everything cleaned up. I emailed him a photo of a check for the balance and that was it. The simplest process of any home repair we have ever had done. "

In the 1980s, the use of asbestos in house siding materials underwent a significant decline, ultimately being phased out by the mid-1980s to early 1990s. Asbestos is only dangerous when it becomes airborne, which happens if the material is damaged, crumbling, or disturbed during renovation work.
