Crader Construction is a full service remodel contractor and handyman. What that means is, we do it all. We are experts in home improvements and maintenance. For any trades that require licenses or that we do not do in house we have searched out the best of the best. We have like minded, highly qualified sub-contractors we use. "If you look further down the list you will notice the real [Member Name Removed] gave us an "A", and I have only done one job for her, actually for her Grandmother. We also gave them $1,500 worth of drywall repair in a bedroom as a wedding and house warming gift. This review is probably from her husband, who tore the new flooring in the kitchen and then tried to blame my guys for it. I don't know for sure but I do know the grandmother was not pleased with this. We never billed them for the work we actually did because of the stink the flooring tear caused and the Grandmother actually called me up a year later, after she found out we never billed and insisted on paying. I suspect the husband intercepted an email from Angies List and wrote this review. You can see the real review further down in the list of reviews. I contacted Angies list about this but they can't do anything about it, so I will just stand on the reputation we have established and trust people will see this for what it is."

I found a large amount of water in my yard and called Crader Construction because of my previous positive experience with this company. Their plumber was at my house within an hour. He determined that the cause of the leak was the result of broken pipes due to tree roots. He repaired the problem in less than an hour and all was well.
I cannot recommend this company enough. They have completed multiple projects on my house in the past to include the installation of new windows, new floors and numerous small jobs. Their prices and unbeatable and most importantly their honesty is without question. I have often found it difficult to find contractors who are trustworthy and Crader Construction without a doubt puts honesty and integrity first. Love this company!

This company was great. Jack is so ready to go the extra step to make sure you are 100% satisfied and his crew was nice and courteous. I felt very comfortable having them around. I liked the work he did, he was flexible and his pricing was fair. I will be giving him a shot at more work in the future with updating our house and I would recommend him to anyone needing a reference.

They worked all week to level the kitchen replacing numerous beams. They had to remove and replant several shrubs and removed and replaced the siding. Attention to detail was wonderful. They even made a trip back out just to caulk one thing they forgot. I'll definitely use them again for every project.

This was overall the best experience I have had with any company. Very professonal, prompt, courteous, pricing was very competitive and fair, they worked constantly and consistently until the job was finished, and it was a big job. They are also very dog friendly and worked very well with my dogs being at the house for the entire job. Jack, Steve, Mike, and Nathan are now like family to me and I look forward to our next project. I will absolutely have only them do any work for me. Jack also had the house cleaned top to bottom when the job was completed and the lady did a fantastic job.

The electricians performing the work were very professional and pleasant and the owner Jack Crader came by the house after completion of the work to see that I was satisfied with the work performed. I definitely plan to use their services in the future as I found them to be reasonably priced, prompt, and provide quality work.

Arc Electric is a sister company to Crader Construction, a company we have a long history with already, so it is no surprise that they hold to the same high standards we have come to expect from Crader Construction. We will continue to use Arc Electric for all our electrical needs.
