"This is the third job I have awarded to JY Handyman in the past 6 months or so.  Each time all went as I hoped and now expected it to.  Jose and his helper removed the old door and trim and framework.  They were very careful not to damage any of the existing wallpaper. The new door and trim/framework fits perfectly and we are very pleased. 
On a scale of 1 to 10 this job gets a solid 10.

"We had some lights and fans wired that left several holes in our ceiling.  The texture on our ceiling is difficult to match.  Pete Brandes, The Sheetrock Man, fixed the holes and matched the texture perfectly!  He even fixed 2 other places where another company had not done such a good job.  We also had some large gaps between the wall and windows (difficult to describe with words).  Instead of having that space caulked, he installed dry wall.  It looks SO much better.  We also had him apply texture on some walls where we had removed wallpaper.
He thought that, because of drying times and applications, he would have to complete the job in three trips.  However, when he was not happy with the drying results of some of the application, instead of hurrying through to finish, he explained to me the problem and decided to come back one more time to do the job the best way.
Pete was very punctual and just a nice person.  He was always neat.  He didn't even seem to mind our obnoxious dog!  (a plus for me)  He is a Craftsman at his trade.  I would certainly recommend him.
