They were respectful, skilled, thorough in the overall job was done wit attention to detail. It was obvious to us that the standards that they had set for themselves was very high. Im an IT manager and have been doing this for 20 years, I contracted with SpaceX and installed most of the security cameras, I also helped to construct most of the network while there. I have been repairing appliances for even longer, I can repair them all, but I don't want to waste your time or money so I will ask for the model number and what the machine is doing before heading out. If it's less expensive to buy a new one, I will let you know.
