We are a small company the consists of only three employees. We normally do all the work required on a jobsite unless a third party is required for other services we don't offer. We except most methods of billing procedures. Materials must me purchased by customer needed for the job. Customer will only be charged for labor or special materials mentioned in the job contract!

Our company is an A+ accredited buisness with the BBB. We are experts in painting, trim carpentry, tile, wood/laminate/ vinyl and tile flooring. We also do bathroom remodels. We use a contract on all jobs and require a 50 percent down payment to start job.

"They said it would be a 3 day job. The first day they were there for 90 minutes. The second day they didn't show at all. The third they were there for 5 hours. Because they were so far behind and in a hurry to finish they pretty much threw the shower in, it doesn't align and they lied to my husband and said the shower door only could be installed one way, when in fact it would work opening to the left or the right. Then they asked for more money because the job took longer than expected."

Avoid materials like ceramic and porcelain, as they are known to be quite slippery. Wood and composite flooring can be slippery if untreated, so make sure to stain or finish these materials.

In most cases, carpeting isn’t kind to the wood that it’s attached to. Most carpet installation uses adhesive or nailing strips, both of which will damage wood. Conversely, you can choose to use an adhesive designed to be removed from wood, in which case carpeting can actually protect your hardwood stairs.

Laminate is a sturdy material that lasts 15 to 25 years if it’s properly maintained and isn’t damaged. Laminate with a higher AC rating lasts longer than laminate with a lower AC rating. For the most longevity, put laminate with an AC1 rating in low-traffic areas and use laminate with an AC3 or AC4 rating in high-traffic areas like entryways.

You might be wondering, “Is laminate flooring toxic?” The product does contain formaldehyde, which is found in the resins used to bind the wood fibers together. But the chance of overexposure and adverse reactions, such as allergy- or asthma-like symptoms, is low unless you are exposed to formaldehyde in other places, i.e., if you work with formaldehyde regularly outside the home. Keep in mind, too, that many household products have the potential to pose a health hazard, such as cleaning products.

Laminate flooring takes about 24 to 48  hours to settle. Before this, planks are not completely acclimated to your home, and walking on them could cause shifting and permanent damage to the flooring. You should allow floorboards to acclimate for 48 to 72 hours before installing so that they can adjust to your home’s humidity and temperature levels, but they will continue to acclimate and settle after installation. For this reason, avoid placing any furniture in the room for 72 hours after installation.

Your floors will continue to settle for a few months after installation, becoming less bouncy as they rest.
