We are a small company the consists of only three employees. We normally do all the work required on a jobsite unless a third party is required for other services we don't offer. We except most methods of billing procedures. Materials must me purchased by customer needed for the job. Customer will only be charged for labor or special materials mentioned in the job contract!

Our company is an A+ accredited buisness with the BBB. We are experts in painting, trim carpentry, tile, wood/laminate/ vinyl and tile flooring. We also do bathroom remodels. We use a contract on all jobs and require a 50 percent down payment to start job.

"They said it would be a 3 day job. The first day they were there for 90 minutes. The second day they didn't show at all. The third they were there for 5 hours. Because they were so far behind and in a hurry to finish they pretty much threw the shower in, it doesn't align and they lied to my husband and said the shower door only could be installed one way, when in fact it would work opening to the left or the right. Then they asked for more money because the job took longer than expected."

But, it is a FLOOR and the reason we picked staining was because it was supposed to be durable. After all it is supposed to be IN the concrete. After 2 years of promises to fix it we have given up. Jeremy will do great work and take your money. After that you are on your own. Cork floors last up to 40 years with proper maintenance, which includes sealing the floors every two or three years and cleaning up any spills as soon as possible. If you have pets, your cork floors may not last as long. While cork can last decades, warranties on cork flooring offer limited coverage for 5 to 25 years.

If you also need to know how to fill the gap between the floor and the baseboard, it's best to use a flexible, paintable latex caulk. Clean the area thoroughly to remove dust and debris. Then, apply a smooth bead of caulk along the gap using a caulking gun, and use a caulk-smoothing tool to press and smooth it into place. If the gap is large, you may need to insert backer rod, such as a foam filler, before caulking. Once dry, paint the caulk to match the baseboard for a clean, seamless look.

Laminate flooring takes about 24 to 48  hours to settle. Before this, planks are not completely acclimated to your home, and walking on them could cause shifting and permanent damage to the flooring. You should allow floorboards to acclimate for 48 to 72 hours before installing so that they can adjust to your home’s humidity and temperature levels, but they will continue to acclimate and settle after installation. For this reason, avoid placing any furniture in the room for 72 hours after installation.

Your floors will continue to settle for a few months after installation, becoming less bouncy as they rest.

As with anything you buy, be wary of prices that seem too good to be true. Some low-cost flooring products can contain chemicals that release harmful VOCs (volatile organic compounds) in the form of fumes that can be inhaled or dust that can cause skin conditions.

Even good-quality products can be dangerous for DIY-ers who don’t take proper precautions. Always carefully read manufacturer instructions and wear the recommended protective gear when working with paints and other chemicals. You can also hire a local garage flooring pro with the experience and equipment needed to perform the installation safely with no lingering fumes or debris.

Most cities accept old carpet as bulk trash, typically without any nails or glue on the base of the carpet. You may be required to request a specific pickup and wrap the carpet into specific bags.
