(He has helped me with both.) I particularly like his ability to understand what a site warrants. For example, he advised that an investment property did not need the size addition I was contemplating to achieve the result I wanted. He looks for cost effective ways to add a "wow" factor to even the most basic house. As if those qualities are not enough to recommend Westbrook Design, Wally is also a pleasure to work with.
