"We’re currently remodeling two bathrooms under the same contract. The first bathroom is complete, and the second one just started this week. While their bid wasn’t the lowest we received, it felt fair and, in hindsight, definitely worth it. The project manager was an excellent communicator—knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and never pressured us to accept the offer. We’re extremely pleased with the quality of work on the first bathroom and are confident the second will turn out just as well. A tip for future clients: make sure you have all the necessary materials on hand. We did, and the team completed the bathroom ahead of schedule. The space is narrow, so the photo angles don’t do it justice, but I hope they still give a sense of the high-quality work delivered."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

His architectural knowledge & experience was extensive & his recommendations on hardware, materials of construction, best practices, etc. was impressive. We went through several revisions as our ideas evolved & Wally was always patient, available & very professional. His graphic systems allowed us to make revisions as we discussed the designs & see the results instantly in 3D views. The level of detail was such that we felt we were standing in the new room. "Willie and his team did fantastic work. After contacting numerous other "foundation experts", Willie provided the best plan and backed it up with his overall knowledge and certification/training in basement/foundation repair. He and his team do great work and take no short-cuts when it comes to the overall quality of the work. He also was very flexible when other requests were made and he gladly accommodated. He has a passion for his business, customers and takes great pride in his work. The basement and porch are now fixed and look great. Best of all is that we have confidence the work performed will last."
