"I used Links Plumbing, which is owned by Links Renovations apparently, after a much larger chain pulled a no-show on me. I spoke with Marcus throughout my experience having my sewer lines under my slab home replaced. Ended up running about $22,000. While not the cheapest price I was given, he made me feel the most comfortable about the process (as comfortable as you can paying 22k for plumbing) while other companies just didn't provide me with enough information for something this extensive. I research just about any repair that I have done and speaking with me in general terms over something so large isn't going to cut it. Links Plumbing used an outside company to do the tunneling under my house, which most other plumbers I talked to outsourced this as well. It took about a week start to finish with approximately 80 feet of tunnel under my house. Marcus was always quick to respond to texts or calls with me. I will be calling again when our 15 year old water heater needs to be replaced."

The remainder will go toward pulling permits, installing trim, and repairing drywall on the interior.

You should plan on waiting at least a year and ideally two to three years after construction before finishing your basement. This will give the foundation time to settle in response to the weight of your home and the expansion of the surrounding soil. You can then repair your foundation and seal any cracks as needed before finishing it to reduce your risk of future leaks or other issues.
