For example if you have a new construction project needing & entire AC system, we will call our preferred AC company & introduce you & you will pay them directly. We take no referral fees or mark up prices. This guarantees you that you are getting the company we think will do the best job. We charge a day rate for larger project that consists of a fee covering our equipment, a supervisor and a craftsman, as needed you will pay a fee for each additional labourer covering their cost for the day. This keeps cost down regardless of the size of your job.
