I couldn’t be happier with the result! They replaced the carpet in my son’s room with the same hardwood flooring to match the rest of the house. Quick, professional, & fairly priced. Highly recommend!

My experience with The Good Guys was very positive. Matt and Sergio were great about answering my questions, and would address my concerns. The employees are all very skilled and patient and took my feedback with happy smiles on their faces. They were hardworking and did not slack off. I am very happy to have chosen The Good Guys because this was my first time remodeling a home. They gave me great input about current trends, provide a designer that made selections easy, and were very supportive to me. We could not be happier with the job The Good Guys Remodeling did for us. After lots of research and several bids we hired them to replace the carpet in our son’s room with hardwood floors to match the rest of the house. The quality of the work is phenomenal! It looks like the floors were done by the builder as opposed to a patchwork remodel. The floors were installed in less than a day, the installers were polite/professional, and thoroughly cleaned up before leaving. We will be using them for all our remodel work going forward!

Great! Out of 4 bids obtained, I chose Good Guy Flooring due to reviews I read and their attention to detail on all aspects of the job. Their rep (Bill) came by the house (twice) prior to me accepting bid with numerous samples and most importantly, full explanations and even suggestions on what to do. He took the time to answer in detail all my questions (I had many). What was great is that they could do all the flooring in the house ...tile, carpet and vinyl planks. Visited their wonderful showroom to complete the project details. Quality of work was very good thanks to project lead guy, Joel. Punch list was very short and punch list items were all taken care of. No push-back on anything. They truly want nothing more than to make the customer happy.

Good Guy's service was exceptional during a stressful situation. Matt sent a field manager, Sergio, out the same day of the flood. Sergio ripped up the wet floor and positioned fans in various locations to dry the floor out. Matt personally responded to me and my husband multiple times because we had trouble sourcing the bamboo flooring. Initially we were going to buy the floor on our own and just have Good Guys install it. Since that turned out to be impossible, Matt assigned the Chris the task to find the five boxes of bamboo floor we needed at the best possible price (this was easier said than done, so thank you Chris!) We were fortunate the flood caused minor damage and Good Guys did everything they could to help us put the floors back together quickly. Thank you!

Great price, great to work with, and excellent installation. Matt and his team at Good Guy's are very customer service oriented and their pricing is bar none. This is the second rental property Matt's done for us and we'll go back to Good Guy's for the next one too.
