He put thin brick on a 20 foot high wall in order to match the existing brick on our fireplace and then lime washed all of the brick. The before, and after pictures are dramatically different, and we are very pleased with the finished product."

After contacting numerous other "foundation experts", Willie provided the best plan and backed it up with his overall knowledge and certification/training in basement/foundation repair. He and his team do great work and take no short-cuts when it comes to the overall quality of the work. He also was very flexible when other requests were made and he gladly accommodated. I was told to contact the company, but I was not satisfied with the response and the new appointment. After complaining to Choice Home Warranty, they paired me with another company (HT Handy Works LLC). My plumbing issue was not covered under the warranty, but the company was able to resolve my problem, although it was costly."

"Renovation began 5/13/2013. Estimated to be a 4 week job. Work ended 10/25/2013. There were many delays due to their family illness and material orders taking twice as long as expected. The tile work was sub-standard and had to be redone. The tile redo was not much better than the original, uneven grout lines, irregular cuts and wavy walls. I would not use them to do tile work again. I would not use them at all because the distance (Brownwood to Abilene) seemed to be an inhibitor to their punctuality."

"Paul and his crew were friendly, hard working, kept the job sight as clean as you can keep a construction sight. Anything that needed attention was happily taken care care of quickly. Everything came off without a hitch, they moved through the house from room to room very well and we were always updated to what was going on and what was next. Paul was very honest with his billing, he came for his final payment and told me we only owed half because we bought some supplies that he said he would supply. I would never had known had he over charged but he was honest and upfront with it. We would defiantly have Delaughter Services back to our house should we need further renovations."

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
