As with anything in rural Texas there will be glitches without a quick way to retrieve parts etc. This happened, but it is not unexpected. Chris, Michael and his crew were exceptionally friendly, professional and efficient and performed all work in a timely manner. My wife and I intend to keep them busy with other projects as needed. Cost was very reasonable and well under other quotes. The cost also included the price of the replacement windows. I provided the hot water heater. They also cleaned up the connections for the hot water heater and moved us into the 21st century in that regard.
