"I called Young's Plumbing & Drain Cleaning very early and expected to get an answering service and have to wait for a call back. Imagine my surprise when a plumber answered the phone and was at my house about 30 or 45 minutes later. They were here for about 2 minutes and found the source of the problem. It took them a very short amount of time to fix the problem. They then went above and beyond their jobs by cleaning up the water caused by the broken water line and the additional mess you will find under a refrigerator that hasn't been moved in awhile because I am disabled. "Everything went perfectly. Cliff called me within 2 days and set up a time to come out. He called a half hour before our appointment to let me know he was on his way. He showed up on time and got to work. He politely and patiently indulged me with all the questions I had for him and talked me through what we were looking at as I stood over his shoulder as he scoped the sewer line. He even moved the camera to a second clean-out and scoped the other side of the house.
