"Gayle Floors wowed us with a bunch of great options that were within our budget. They got the work scheduled quickly, and the crew worked efficiently to install the floors (both carpet and LVT). The caulking around the baseboards is really clean and well-done. Communication was great — at first—but fell off a bit after the sale. English was a challenge for the crew. We discovered a problem with a sliding bookshelf unit that they needed to address, but they came back and made it right. I would not hesitate to recommend Gayle Floors to anyone, but you may have to stay on top of them if you have any issues after the install. I wish I could give them 4.5 stars, but that's not an option. I'd give them 5 stars, but the inconsistent communications post-sale drag their rating down a wee bit."
