" Prior to the service, I asked for a quote.  The owner came gave a quote and reviewed what the deep cleaning would entail.  He ran late but called.  After the cleaning, I noticed several items that he referenced weren't done and an item of sentimental value was damaged in the process.  I spoke with the owner and he was very receptive, apologetic, and empathized with my situation. He offered to remedy the situation by cleaning the house again.  I was able to meet the group and they were receptive to the feedback.  Each time they were scheduled to come clean the house the group was later than the scheduled time.  They would call to tell me when they were on the way, as per my request, but were at least 30 minutes later than the scheduled time range.  This was difficult for me as I scheduled times that coincided with my lunch time.  If you feel comfortable giving them a key upfront, this shouldn't be an issue.
