Chris and his helper inspected the deck, gave me an estimate and actualy arrived as scheduled a few days later. Chris suggested the stain color and I couldn't be more pleased! I think) have been providing regular housecleaning for us since mid-2013.  They are flexible when we need to move service dates, and we've worked with them when their schedule needed us to shift.  They had been friendly and professional, and generally do a good job.  We originally had them out twice a month, and had dropped back to monthly.
However, we are discontinuing their service. The regular monthly cleaning had been $108 - but this last time, they informed us that the price was now $162.18 - an increase of 50%.  they also told us this *after* the work had been done.  We paid it - but I was very unhappy with such a steep price hike, so suddenly, with no prior warning.  It's now a bit hard for us to afford them, so we have to drop their service.  I also think it was very unprofessional to let us know the cost was going up by half again, after they'd already done the work - the professional thing would have been to notify us in advance - at the very least, in advance on the day of the scheduled work, but a day or so in advance would have been better.
