Dean, the inspector/ owner came out to look over our roof and showed us the items that needed to be repaired. The inspector called us immediately when our custom made chimney cap was available to install and scheduled an appointment to come the same day.  They were very responsive, informative, and punctual.   They completed everything in one day and walked me around to show me all items that were replaced.  The custom fabricated and installed chimney cap is very nice and exactly what was expected/ ordered. In total we had replaced one plumbing pipe flashing,four damaged shingles.  They also described what was done such as resealing all Plumbing Pipe Flashings, one skylight dome,resurfaced and painted two heater vents, and filled in wood fascia with expansion foam and coated with waterproofing paint.  Everything looks great and they provide a one year warranty.  The price was fair and I would call again / recommend them to friends and family for their services.  We will be using them for our next project to replace all our gutters.
