I was very pleased with them. They gave me a very professional bid and they did a great job and cleanup. I will be using them again. They fixed my skylight several years again. I have never had anymore leaks since they repaired the leak.

It went very well! The team at Joe Ochoa roofing made me feel like a part of the extended family, when small hiccups in the project arose they were in constant communication with me. They were slightly more expensive then the competition but the value they showed made me feel it was more than worth it.

We needed a new roof as it was in bad shape. We reached out to Joe Ochoa's company and we received an immediate response from one of their sales reps Humberto Lara. Humberto was GREAT! He was extremely responsive, answered all of our questions, and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. Previously we were denied by our insurance company twice prior to us contacting Joe Ochoa. The reason why we were denied was due to the fact that no one actually got up on our roof, just the offset garage roof. Everyone, including insurance adjusters and roofers, were afraid to go on our roof due to the pitch of it. Humberto was the only one that actually walked the insurance company on our roof in order to see the poor condition it was in. Needless to say they won the replacement of our roof and we could not be happier. I would ask for Humberto if you call them. He is very responsive and extremely professional. We cannot thank him enough.

Great! Alfredo, the sales person, was there to check out everything. The roofing crew was amazing. We're real picky about our yard. They took care of everything beautifully and ran magnets over to pick up nails--many times. Great job! On time, efficient, neat.

Joe Ochoa's crew completed the work in one day and cleaned up everything.

Before quoting, he educated Nancy and me about why a low sloped roof needs a particular type

 of roofing and how the process is done.  Of 8 roofers who visited us he was tied for the most knowledgable, and his price was third highest. His price is money well soent.

After this job, his crew worked with gutter installers to make sure their installation was compatible with the roof structure and the roofing itself.

They have reasonable prices and had good follow up. I really liked that the foreman seemed to take a personal interest in helping me out. In my experience it has been hard to roofing companies that work on flat roofs, but Joe Ochoa completed the work. A minor leak occurred after the work was done but Joe Ochoa roofing came back out immediately, on their own accord, and fixed the issue. I also liked that a representative from the shingle company, GAF, sent me warranty documentation after the work was done. I recommend them to others.

We had used Joe Ochoa before when we had a sizable hole in our roof around another pipe.  Perhaps squirrels had enlarged
it.   When we had called about that repair they came the very next day so they could get it closed up quickly before rains.  They had done an excellent job so we called them again for the HVAC repairs.    They came within a few days.    We were told some of the surrounding wood should be replaced due to exposure to rain.   The crew of two finished earlier than we thought.   We asked if they replaced the wood, and they said it was OK.   We called Josh, our contact, back immediately.   He sent them right back out to replace the wood and to let us know they had done it.     They were here longer that time.   We trust Josh to follow up on what
he says needs to be done.    They are a very good company!
