"They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."

"It was excellent.  The provider is very meticulous and provides a lot of attention to detail and to quality work getting well done.  It took him about 2 1/2  days to complete it.  He had to go in the roof and replace some sections (composite roof) as well as replace some wood pieces that were rotted by the moisture. Some of the drainage also had to be rerouted since it was seeping through the chimney.    Inside the house  the sheetrock had to be repaired on the wall which had water damage and also the one damaged by squirrells.  He did an excellent job not only with these repairs but also matching the correct color of the paint in the wall so one can hardly tell the difference with the other paint.   It has rained since the work was done and  I must say I am very pleased with the result as I no longer have any issues with roof leakage,.  Once again highly recommended.  And I would certainly contract his services again anytime.
