"This team is awesome, Rusty is very easy to speak to and we were on the page immediately with this project. We had to have the entry sidewalk and driveway replaced we agreed upon a price and with a ten percent down payment we were on his schedule. He and his team arrived two days later as scheduled ,on time, on Friday and went right to work early in the morning with hammer in hand they broke up the sidewalk and used their Front Loader to assist in breakup the driveway. By that afternoon they had the broken concrete loaded in a dump-truck and gone. They installed the ground barrier and rebar and went home for the weekend and much needed rest. Monday Rusty and his team arrived on schedule and they began laying the mud and were finished by the mid afternoon. His team of three kept the area clean as possible and were meticulous. Very Professional work and courteous I just stayed out of their way and watch in amazement. This is a 5 Star Concrete and Excavation business we would call upon again. "I have a serious concern and cannot get anyone to answer me or call me back. We have had the crew out on Wednesday, March 23, 2022 to start the work. They dug ten holes and started the leveling, but then were called to another job and said they would be back on Friday, March 25, 2022. The crew showed up on March 25, 2022, for about 3 hours, did a little bit of leveling, and then said they were called off to another job again. I am on crutches from hip surgery and we have ten holes that were left open in the back of our house (one of which is right outside the back door, which cannot be used in case of an emergency). This is unacceptable. We need the crew sent out and the job completed. Still waiting for David to call or contact us even once since taking half of the money down on the job on February 11, 2022."

Some of the cuts left holes, that have since resulted in damage to soffit and behind the siding that I have to deal with now. There are visible screws on the back side of the house that I was told was temporary, until they could get more siding to make the repairs. Because of the length of time it took, 2021-2024 (they had a lot of trouble matching the color for additional siding to make the repairs - even took multiple trips to get siding samples) I think they had “moved on” and I was tired of asking them to come back. I have learned my lesson to get references, and not to trust someone to do a good job just because they are nice. I also made the huge mistake of giving final payment before all the repairs were made."
