The slab issue was my fault, but I think a professional should check before building on anything. If someone is concerned for their product I think that person should say I can't build on that because it has an issue. I also understand time is money and once he started i was locked in. I am writing this to help the next guy. A slab check would have taken a minute and this is why it was so grievious to me."
