Arrived on time, got started immediately, double-secured the loose shingle (tar and silicon) and checked others around it, replaced ones needing it, at NO CHARGE because I had used him in 2013 to do a thorough roof-shingle check and repair. Very professional, DEFINITELY will use him again. Fair, honest, great vendor.

"Joels fence designs took into consideration style, durability, quality, cost, and functionality.  I had a tentative idea of what I wanted with this project but had specific concerns regarding my very large dogs which Joel addressed extremely well.    Joel listened to what I had to say and walked through it with me on site.  He thought of things I hadn't even considered and made appropriate suggestions to fill the gaps in my plan.  

I had him put in a 6 foot wooden privacy fence with a gate along the back of the property.  In addition, he designed and installed a wrought iron fence around the upper tier of my deck and yard including multiple gates.  Lastly, he built a fence on my side yard to form a dog run including stairs from my upper to lower tiers of my yard. 

Joel was professional, helpful, and extremely responsive.  He ensured all work performed was completed in a timely manner and also that his team cleaned up and left my property in great shape.  He has since followed up to make sure his work has continued to meet my expectations.

I think this should be right out there - His pricing was fair and there were NO HIDDEN ITEMS OR SURPRISES. And yes, I had shopped around - I'm an auditor after all.  I will definitely be a repeat customer.  Thanks Joel
