"Found Sentri on Angi. Jeanette and Violet were very pleasant and efficient in getting a contractor to me in the time frame needed. The contractor was excellent and the roof looks great! I would definitely work with them again if I had additional projects."
"They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."
"I initially visited with Jerry at Gill construction to discuss what I wanted done. Within a few days, he came out and inspected the roof on my patio and we discussed the approach, time-frame and expected costs. All were perfectly reasonable. The work was completed well within the discussed time frame and Jerry came out to take a look at the finished product before collecting the balance of the payment. This was a very small job compared to what they usually do, but, they were willing [and obviously capable] of doing a nice job. The work was completed quickly, completely and without incident. They did exactly what they said they would do, cleaned up when they were done, gave me a complete summary of the work completed and discussed a few other things they spotted around my house while they were there working. My only real complaint, and this is fairly minor, is that I was not contacted before the employees actually arrived to do the work. I did not explicitly ask to be contacted so that I could be present while the work was done, the area that needed work was easily accessible to anyone and so it did not require my presence. In my initial discussion with Jerry, we talked about the scale of this job being conducive to his people coming by when they had time and given the ease of access, it was a lot easier to just let them schedule it at their convenience. I would not hesitate to call Jerry at Gill construction for future projects -- minor or major.
"I can't say enough positive things about Danny and his crew. Their work was outstanding with attention to detail and done in the time frame given. When they were finished, everything was cleaned up. Highly recommended."
"The guys were very prompt, and had fantastic communication with us. They worked with my schedule and tried to get to the issue as fast as time could allow. Paul knew we were working on a constrained budget and really went above and beyond to help us be able to afford to make the repairs needed, which was really a life saver. I was completely freaking out over how we were going to afford everything, and I couldn't be more grateful for how sympathetic they were. They took the time to explain what the actual problems that causes the damage were, what they weren't, and answered all of the questions I had, coming from someone who knows absolutely nothing about construction, in a way I could easily understand. They explained the possible solutions, and the processes for repairing the leak and the damage and what likely caused the initial hold in the AC pipe, as well as some other risks, and how we might avoid them. They even poked into another couple spots on our ceiling to make sure there wasn't any other water building up for us. While they had access to the attic, they also took the time to look into another issue I'd told them about - a dip in the roof that the house had come with. The first guy we'd talked to wanted to charge us 4k for the bare minimum in fixing it, which we haven't been able to afford. Paul explained the entire issue to us, and even gave us a much more simple, straight forward way that even we could do ourselves if we wanted to, and quoted us a price that was amazingly better for us. We'll definitely be having them come back later to go about fixing that issue as well. The work was completed in about 3-4 days, given the need to have things dry, or juggle schedules, and it looked fantastic once it was done. They also took special care to protect the area around the damage from the dust and debris from clearing it out and doing repairs, and kept it all contained and away from the rest of our house. We weren't able to afford the cosmetic work, in retexturing and repainting, but they also gave us some advise on how to easily do it ourselves, and pointed out some examples on the other ceilings in our home. I really don't think we'll ever be calling anyone else but the guys at American Remodel in the future, both for the incredible quality of their work, and for how very caring they are about what they do and the people they help. I've already recommended them to another friend I have at work with a similar issue. They're professional, honest, hardworking and kind. Thank you so much!"
"We have used JG?s construction for two large projects and they delivered a professional product. Most impressive: they arrived on time, the estimate was on point, time frame projected was accurate, listened to my concerns and requests, prep and clean up done well, very polite and respectful. We would definitely contract JG?s Construction again."

Yes, professionals can install new frames, trim, and threshold adjustments for a complete finish.
Yes, you can hang picture frames, shelves, and other items on Trusscore panels. For lightweight items (less than 30 pounds), the company recommends using adhesive strips rather than nails or screws. However, you’ll need to secure heavier objects to a stud in the wall. In these situations, Trusscore recommends cutting away the panel material and fastening the object to the stud with metal hardware.
Learning how to frame a house includes picking the right lumber for the job. Most people will want to pick pine, spruce, or fir for the framing. These types of lumber are affordable and produce sturdy framing for structures. Look for kiln-dried lumber to reduce the risk of shrinkage or insect damage after installation. As part of what’s included in framing a house when you hire a professional, the contractor should order the lumber, so you don’t have to worry about finding the right lumber.
You can enclose an open carport, however, there are several things to consider before opting to do so. You'll want to check local building codes and permit requirements before proceeding to make sure it’s legal. While you can sometimes stick-frame a carport enclosure, pre-fab kits are also available. Remember that you'll likely need to meet concrete slab regulations and provide lighting inside the structure. Both of which could substantially drive up costs.
While some highly experienced homeowners can frame a house independently, it is not advisable. You will need ample carpentry experience, a team of helpers, and professionals to sign off on your work to meet local building codes. For the safest outcome, we recommend buying or building a house with the guidance of professionals.
