"So, my wife and I had it in our minds to stop paying someone else’s mortgage and start paying our own. After getting approved by the VA for a home loan (sidenote, that as an amazing experience from start to finish… I’ve heard horror stories about VA loans, but my experience could not have been anything more to the contrary. Even after the account was closed my Loan Officer Justin Darr still takes my calls if I have any questions.) they set me up with Summer Woods and I can’t even begin to tell you how grateful I am that they did. At first, I made a request of a few specific things that my wife and I wanted in a house, but it was just not possible in my location… Next step was to have a house built. Keep in mind that this is not only our fist home but out first home being built and in the current economy that’s a pretty anxiety inducing feeling, well, it would have been had Summer not been there with us. At no point in time was there an unreasonable delay in response to a question (weekend or not) or a question that may have seemed too silly. Literally, Summer was there at every step ensuring that we got the best deal on every point possible. Summer is amazingly nice and was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout this entire adventure… to us I mean, don’t get it confused, if it looks like someone is trying to get one over on her while trying to game the situation you will be called out and without any sort of clemency.
