His helper Javier was also very good and you could tell he had a lot of experience. I also appreciated his safety concerns since I have a 4 story Town Home. "If you need to remodel and live in GCR Builders service area, use this company. We called Scott Barker, the owner, originally to re-texture the ceiling in the living, dining and kitchen of our second home in Bayou Vista. We then asked him to install new tile flooring, Silestone countertops, marble mosaic backsplash, farmhouse sink and faucet for our kitchen. I mention the materials we used because it was all very labor-intensive to install well. His group did a fabulous job. His cost estimate for the job was accurate and he completed the job in a little less than a month after we picked out the materials we wanted.
