Needed them to perform a measurement appraisal in order to fight the incorrect square footage that the appraisal district had on my property. Using the report they supplied I was able to get the appraisal district to make the corrections and lower my district's value of my property in turn lowering my property taxes. Recommend to everyone to have them check the accuracy of the square footage the appraisal district is showing and use a service like Bowden's to get the information needed to get it corrected."
