Farrell Realty Advisors (FRA) is an full service real estate valuation and advisory firm serving the Greater Houston area. The company was founded in 2007 by Greg A. Farrell, MAI, SRA, MRICS. The firm's primary focus is providing valuation and consultation services for both commercial and residential real estate to a variety of clients including individuals, governmental agencies, investors, developers, banks and financial institutions. In today's complex and turbulent real estate markets, we understand our pivotal role in business and the development of communities. FRA offers extensive experience with a broad spectrum of property types including: single-family, multi-family, industrial, office, hotel/resorts, healthcare related facilities, retail shopping centers, special use properties and vacant land.
