"I have hired many contractors in the past. Sergio came out and gave a verbal bid. My mistake for not requesting a written quote. He was able to do the job quick . When the job was done and we paid he said he ran out of invoices. So no receipt. We still have to prime and paint the wood. Although that was verbally disclosed when I hire someone to do work I typically don t enjoy having to finish the job. Lesson learned."
