The patio cover required disassembling the metal structure, extracting damaged polycarbonate skylight panels, and replacement. Victor knew exactly how to do it and, although finding the replacement panels required more than a simple visit to the local Home Depot, Victor managed to locate the exact material and our patio cover is beautiful and light-filled again. We appreciated his work ethic so much (showed up when he said he would, worked all day, cleaned up afterwards), we added another task to wash the siding and bricks on the house and garage. When the job was done and we paid he said he ran out of invoices. So no receipt. We still have to prime and paint the wood. Although that was verbally disclosed when I hire someone to do work I typically don t enjoy having to finish the job. Lesson learned."
