Tod removed from our kitchen an outdated ceiling light box and replaced it with recessed, dimmable LED lights. He took care protecting the kitchen cabinets and floor and was especially careful removing the light box from the ceiling. He matched the texture pattern in the light box area so it is difficult to see what was existing and what is new. He cleaned up after himself at the end of every day. We are very pleased with the quality of Tod's workmanship we would ask him to return for future upgrades, and we highly recommend Tod.

Great. Tod was always in communication. He completed the entire job in two days. Removed our existing door, put in a new one and installed a screen door. He purchased all materials and made sure the job was finished 100%. He was very prompt and respectful. Would definitely use him again.

Tod did a fantastic job with my bathroom remodel. He is very committed to the job and his attention to detail is phenomenol. He is very honest, on time, and communicates well with everything about the job, from what time he will be there to exactly what he's doing and why. He is knowledgeable about most everything concerning home remodeling and repair work. I feel completely comfortable having him in my home and trust that he is doing a good job. I liked him enough to hire him to do my master bathroom next.

Tod Devilier does outstanding work! I had an entire list of small items, mainly painting, carpentry and electrical. His estimate was fair and accurate. I am very particular and it was refreshing to find someone who was even more detail-oriented. I am already working on another list of items.

Tod did a great job. We were very pleased with the outcome of the ceilings. There had been previous water damage that needed to be repaired. And the kitchen remodel is amazing. We had an idea of what we wanted and he made it happen without any formal plans. He was very flexible with changes and additions to the project.

I contacted Remodeling & More to get a cost quote on remodeling the full bathroom in my home. My home only has one full bathroom so i needed to make sure that the job was done properly and on time. Having the job completed on time was important to me. Being without a functioning bathroom was not an option. I was given a good cost quote and assured that my completion time line would be honored. The project was a complete bathroom remodel. The bathroom was fully gutted. Everything was taken out of the bathroom down to the wall studs. Care was taken to protect the rest of the house during the remodeling project. Floors were protected and plastic sealed of the rest of the house. Remodeling & Moore installed all new wiring and fixtures, new plumbing lines and fixtures, new insulation and cement board on all the walls, new tile on all the walls from floor to ceiling, new recessed tile niche shelves in the shower, new tile on the floor, new bathtub and fixtures, new sink and fixtures, new custom made sink cabinet, new custom made recessed wall cabinet, new recessed medicine cabinet, new toilet, new lights and exhaust fan, new door and window moldings and complete painting. The finished results are Fantastic. The bathroom looks Luxuries. Remodeling & More did a great job pre-planning to make sure the job was completed on time and within budget. They did a Great Job. I am Very Satisfied...

We are going to use him again for the upstairs, we are in the process of painting upstairs but he knows he has that work, and that is based on what he did downstairs. I liked his professionalism. He came out and talked to us several times before the job. He explained all the product lines and the pros and cons. He knows what he is doing.

We had a hole in our front side of the house made by a squirrel, i supposed, and we asked few companies for quotes. This company was the only one to reply and visit our house. He quoted us for the job, which was in a difficult spot and came a week later and fixed it in about 4 hrs with paint and all finishes to match our house's current colors and style. He left everything clean and waited for us to inspect the work before leaving. Im very pleased and we are considering use his services again to replace few high chandeliers.

They told me that they would come to my home on Friday afternoon and he never called or showed up.

He showed up on time nad was very proffessional in the awy he performed the work. He did the job as if it was his own home.

The work was just fine. I did not have any problems at all. They arrived on time but they were slow in responding to the bid. When we finished this job we asked them to bid for two more jobs and we have not heard from them till now. Initially they told me that they had emailed the bid but I did not get anything. I had to then call them back and they sent me the bid. Since the bid they sent was acceptable we hire them. They came and did the work and everything was as they said it would be. The person said that he would swing by the day later to get the bill but he did not show up for a week. It?s been two weeks since we asked for another two bids and we have not heard from them. They are good people and we have no problems as far as the work is concerned. It?s just that they don?t follow through on their communications. Their price was very competitive.

Did not do job.

I had already determined the contractor I was going to use when Mr. Devillier called me. He encouraged me to make sure that Hardi-board would be installed correctly and asked if he could come out and do an estimate anyway. I explained that I wanted the work started by Wednesday of the following week, he explained that he would provide a written estimate the same day he came out. So I agreed to let him come out the very next day (Friday). Well he came out and reviewed the job and told my husband that he had to go out of town, so the estimate would not be completed until Monday or Tuesday of the next week. I thought that was odd given that I told him I want the job started on by the upcoming Wednesday. Needless to say we went with the company we originally chose. My project was started on Wednesday and the crew worked diligently. Imagine my surprise when I received an estimate from Mr. Devillier a week later on the following Friday at 6:30 p.m. The company I chose was half way through my project. While I do not know what kind of work he does, it bothers me that he took his time getting back to us. He asked me to give him a chance even though I had already decided on someone. I do not appreciate the fact that he wasted my time and his. His quote came in $4000 higher that the company we chose.

I talked to them, but I did not use them. They were very professional. I probably would have used them, but their prices were considerably high. Their service was excellent. They were right on time. They responded the very next day, not even 24 hours later, with a fully detailed and very complete quote with all explanations and line to line prices. They didn't actually do any work.

I think that he hung the sky, put it there and made it more beautiful. He is excellent. He has also advised me with a decorator sense. There isn't anything that he doesn't know how to do. He keeps a clean working environment and cleans up after himself. He is fantastic and just amazing. We just finished plans for some future work I want done. He has worked for me for about 1 1/2 years. He tends to business. He is cheerful and nice to have around. He can get the work done in a day that most people would take several days to do. He has a very nice personality. He does what he says he will do. He is very honest and totally trustworthy. His prices are very in line and he will give value for the money. He is a professional perfectionist. He uses excellent materials. He calls me back instantly. He answers my questions and gives me suggestions. I would wait for him before I would hire anyone else.

I cannot say enough about their quality of work.
