"They don't clean thoroughly like they promise, they don't come and follow up on the work that has been done when it's not done right. They don't return calls when you call them. They try to cut corners, there doing about 8 hours of work in 3-4 hours and the quality of work is not being performed satisfactory The cleaning is not good and to my satisfaction. Dog hair on the furniture, mirrors and window dirty, showers not clean, floors have streaks, furniture not being dusted. I was told when I signed up with them that if I ever had a problem they would come back out and try to correct it they would resolve it and there not doing that. The person cleaning has locked me out of my home when they are there and wouldn't let me in, I had to call the maintenance people to let me in. The cleaners they use don't smell clean. I have tried to work with them for a few months and they keep changing people to make it to my satisfaction and the problems are still there and not resolved. They also don't like to come out on the weekend when I am home so I can see what they are doing, they will only work during the week during business hours instead of being there when I can be home and show them what I like done. Initially I was impressed, because the owner came out and sat down with me and we went over everything and she had it down on paper a check list and seemed very thorough on what they should be doing and I signed it which we agreed to for that initial visit , which is more then most companies do."

"Did not install properly. Flooded neighbors and front yard due to improper slope; rendering 1/2 of downspouts unusable and the rest gushing out over the sides. Water is stagnant and 2 inches deep inside gutters 4 days after rain. Hanger placement erratic and no where near the 24? spacing paid for as an extra, and exceeding 40? for the majority of system, outside contractual agreement, their 36? basic and industry standard. Rippling on underside of gutters same day, bowing and sagging after 1st rain. No sealant placed on screws inside gutters, no sealant around downspouts, holes from rearranging hangers not sealed. Corners do not meet and sealant used to bridge the gap. Sunlight visible between fascia and gutters anywhere that doesn?t have a hanger, resulting in waving & water behind gutter on fascia. No rubber washers were used though basic contract says they would be. Will not return emails. Will call, but this is so the ?plans of correction? is not documented. "
