We offer weekly, by-weekly, deep clean and move outs. The first visit must always be a Deep clean followed by routine maintenance. Deep cleaning is a top to bottom, monthly, thorough and complete cleaning which you can follow up with standard or more routine cleaning tasks.

This company employees stole all my diamonds and gold jewelry in the 3 trips they came to my home. After I discovered the thief I reported it to the owner. She believed the 3 cleaning girls when they denied it and allowed them to continue cleaning others homes. The police discovered most of my stolen items plus other people's at local pawn shops. The items were pawned in one of the cleaners name and she has pawned nothing but jewelry since she started working for the Katura Cleaning Company. This girl and another one has a rap sheet for stealing and shop lifting.

The service went very well ... I was super impressed w/Rosaline's crew! I had a 4/hr window to get the house cleaned which was severely neglected. They were able to complete a 2 bed/2 bath w/wash room done on time.

Rosaline was so thorough when she did her initial walk through and we discussed what I needed done and what I expected...when I came home after the first cleaning (deep cleaning) I didn't even want to touch anything because EVERYTHING was so spotless...I'm so glad I found her!!!

After calling, I quickly met with the owner, Rose, for a quote. She was very punctual and professional, asking questions about what was important to me so that she could make sure she could take care of everything. When my schedule slightly conflicted with her first available opening, Rose made sure things worked out for me and had a large crew at my new place even faster than I needed. The ladies including Rose started early and stayed late to get the initial deep cleaning job done. Everything on my list was taken care of and then some. Since then Rose has anticipated several things I had not thought of and has taken care of them as well. Needless to say, I now utilize Katura cleaning services and happily recommend them to others.

Rosaline and her team arrived on time and she proceeded to instruct the head housekeeper on everything that needed to be done. The were 2 new members of her team and they did not goof off or slack in anyway. There were 5 ladies and they spent from 930 to 6pm cleaning my home from top to bottom. They did an exceptional job, did not require supervision and were polite and efficient!
The deep cleaning includes full cleaning, baseboards, doors, cabinets, pictures, glass, moving furniture, bathrooms, floors, vacuuming, entire kitchen appliances inside and out... Everything was done exceptionally well and I will be using them again not only for maintenance but also for a FALL DEEP CLEANING.
You will not be sorry you hire Rosaline and her team. She did a walk through and checked everything, she asked me how I liked the service and responded to my remarks and questions completely!

I would like to be able to give a better review for this company, but unfortunately the service I received was sub par. I hired them for a move in clean on our recently purchased empty house. The home was built in 2011 so it's relatively new & in good shape. I needed the following dusted/cleaned: ceilings & ceiling fans, light fixtures, floors, kitchen counters & cabinets, windows & window sills, bathroom counters & cabinets. The 4 workers were in the home for approx 9 hours. Keep in mind this house is wide open and is empty: not a stitch of furniture in sight, so this was really a bare bones job. Upon inspecting the house after the service, I found streaky windows, a window not cleaned at all, dust/dirt in cabinets, cobwebs still hanging etc. When I contacted the owner she apologized profusely and this time she accompanied them on the return visit. I gave her a list of what I had found, and they all set to work. While they were there I was busy with my contractor, so when they finished a few hours later I did a quick spot check, thanked her for coming back and that was that. Unfortunately I should have done a complete inspection. Some of the cabinets/drawers were still dirty (we're talking wood chips, rubber bands, pieces of plastic, big clumps of dust etc.) When I contacted the owner again, her response was that they had performed the work I asked, I had given my OK, and that she considered the house to be thoroughly cleaned.
Listen: I am far from high maintenance. In fact, under normal circumstances i would have never bothered to hire a cleaning service. I would have done this myself if not for a bad back & problems I'm experiencing with my arms/wrists. So I figured I'd hire someone and it would be worth the money (nearly $300) to know that the house would be in tip top shape, ready for move in. Well, I figured wrong. Ugh. Now I have to do it all myself after all.

I was very impressed with the depth of cleaning. My house is over 4000 sq. ft. and they ended up having to add more hours to the deep clean to finish and did not charge me any more. There were a couple of incidents ( breaking of objects) and each were handled quickly and professionally. I requested the owner not bring her young daughter as I have many breakables and a pool and she was very understanding. < She does not bring her daughter regularly, this was during the extra hours they needed to finish my deep clean> They bring all their own chemicals and equipment. My house looked and smelled very clean. I set up service every 2 weeks and I have been more than satisfied with the cleaning. They are punctual ( or let me know in advance) and very friendly and professional. They even play with my big dogs! At first , I felt that her price ($275/every 2 weeks) may be a little high, but I am willing to pay for the high level of satisfaction and professionalism I have experienced so far.

They were wonderful! I keep a very clean home and I am very picky. I just did not have time to everything, so hired Katura for help. They cleaned everything needed and left the house looking great. I will start using them all the time for my cleaning needs.

This has been nothing but a pleasant experience. Beginning with the estimate. Rosaline stopped by - on time - and done a thorough inspection of the area that needed to be cleaned. She even pointed out sections that needed a thorough cleaning that I had not noticed or thought of. That same night she messaged me the estimate and I was pleasantly surprised. Rosaline gave me an estimate for a thorough house cleaning to be followed by a bi-weekly cleaning. She quoted me $225 for the detailed cleaning (which included ... well, everything. The fridge, the lights, the ceiling fans, the walls, baseboards... I came home on my lunch break and saw a toothbrush out ... a toothbrush!!! for my floors). The ladies worked through their lunch break and ate while they cleaned. They began on time at 9am, and finished at 7pm!!!!! $225 for 10 hours!!! These ladies worked so hard to get my house clean - it smells absolutely wonderful. They did it with a smile. And then to top it all off... Rosaline stopped by to pick them up and do a final inspection. And even though I was perfectly happy, she proceeded to take out a rag and continued to scrub where I did not think any more scrubbing was needed. She then removed the light fixture in my kitchen and cleaned that as well. I am on a regular rotation now, and must say, it's comforting to know these ladies clean ten times better than I ever have for an acceptable price of $140.00 bi-weekly.

It went great. Rosalina and her crew couldn't have been nicer and were very professional. About four women showed up and they worked very diligently from 9 until 5. They even offered to change light bulbs that had burnt out in the high chandelier they were cleaning and they really scrubbed a bunch of grime that was around the back patio windows. They pulled out appliances and cleaned underneath and cleaned out fridge and freezer. They were very thorough.

Crazy thorough. And my house started out pretty clean. Just very thorough, punctual, organized, fair in price. I didn't even know you could spend that much time and detail cleaning a bathroom. We have wood floors and I appreciate that Katura took the time to discuss exactly how she would be caring for them. I will be using her on a regular basis. They are just really efficient and thorough and the price is beyond fair. The cost of service was $210 because it is a large house with all wood floors. You cannot go wrong with this company.

cost was acceptable. The end product was magnificent.. I have lived in this home for 46 years, and I do not believe that it has ever been cleaner. The cleaning was detailed and thorough. The professionals were pleasant and very patient. My plan is to have them clean my home or a monthly schedule.

Rose responded immediately to my request for a quote on cleaning my home. Rose arrived at the scheduled time for the estimate and preformed a thorough walk thru. Her estimate was reasonable and within my budget. Rose has a very easy going and pleasant personality, and I was instantly comfortable with having her in my home. Rose and her team arrived on the scheduled date to perform a deep clean. Her team did an excellent job cleaning from top to bottom to include the inside of my refrigerator. It was wonderful to arrive home and have my home smelling fresh and clean. Excellent job. I immediately called Rose to schedule regular cleaning on a 2 week basis. Awesome job ladies!!

We have had 4 different home cleaning people/companies in 5.5 years in this area and Katura Cleaning Services are by far the best we have had. We only wish we would've known about them sooner. Rosaline is who I've dealt with for all matters with this company. Rosaline and her company are outstanding! She is always very courteous, professional, and friendly. We pay $140 for her to come once a month to our one story home and it is worth it to us because they clean so well and pay attention to little details. In the past we have had other cleaning services come twice a month for $50 a visit, but none of them cleaned as well as this company. Initially we had a deep cleaning done for about $300, but it was also worth it. I mean they cleaned everything you can think of during the initial cleaning to include walls, baseboards, inside of all appliances, exhaust fan vents, and they even removed little dead knats from the inside of the light fixture in the kitchen. We have two dogs which make the floors and walls a little extra nasty, but that's no problem for Katura. I highly recommend this company to everyone and there is absolutely no doubt we will have them clean our house as long as we are in this area. Chris-Harker Heights, TX

From the immediate response to my inquiry for an estimate, their professionalism, to the superb deep cleaning, they were WELL ABOVE par in every way! The house is absolutely IMMACULATE!

The best cleaning service ever. The provider was very detailed with the cleaning. When I had my move out inspection the inspector the complimented me on who well the house was cleaned.
