We ensure everything is squared away at the time of contract so that there is no communication or room for errors. We provide Free Estimates within Bexar County. All other Surrounding areas are subject to a $50 outside-area estimate fee. This fee must be paid at the time of estimate unless contract is signed at the time of estimate. At time of signed contract we require 50% of the total cost to be paid upfront (cash, check, or credit card). The remaining 50% will be collected at the time of the satisfactory walkthrough. *if check is returned for any reason, we charge a $35 off in addition to any fees incurred as a result and the assignment will be paused until the initial 50% is paid in full via cash*
