"Fantastic experience! Brad Hale was a great overall manager who was very responsive to all of my communications and honest in his opinion on what works well for selling a home regarding wall treatments. He gave me an initial quote that included prime and paint for all the walls as well as patching and touch up of trim. It was a daunting task, in my opinion, since I had a very dark color on the walls and was selecting a very light, neutral color. However, the three man team that arrived were finished in a day and covered everything thoroughly so no dark color showed. They were very careful and neat and I did not find any paint spilled. When I realized that none of the trim had been patched, I spoke to Brad who had two guys out immediately the next day to finish.
The color was so perfect that my stager asked if I could get it painted in the connecting living room and to replace the wallpaper in the kitchen. I was a little concerned since there is no break in the wall between the living room and kitchen so the texture on the wall would need to be matched very well going into the kitchen. Brad was able to give me a quote and get me on the schedule within a week. The living room was completed in a day but the kitchen wall texture had to dry overnight so painting resumed for another hour in the morning. Brad came by for a final walk-through and inspection and verified that the trim had been patched and touched up.
