"Long story short we have elderly relatives that needed a large tree removed. The tree was dying and had already broken off in a storm. A large portion of the tree was situated above the roof and bedrooms. They are on a fixed budget and couldn’t take care of the problem themselves. I requested a quote from a few companies on here and never got a response. Oscar was quick to respond and even came out memorial weekend to give us a quote. Oscar was very professional and didn’t mind answering what seemed like dumb questions. Without even knowing the full situation, he gave a very reasonable quote and even offered to take care of some other small issues free of charge.
