"Right before my warranty expired the bathtub I had refinished started peeling on the area in front of the tub. When I called to get it fixed the office that did the original job was redistricted and would not service me so there was some back and forth with the new location in my service area taking responsibility for the repair. They finally agreed to do the repair but never completed it. The area they fixed was patched but never repainted to match the rest of the tub so it now looks white in some area's but a dingy gray on the patched area and now my warranty has expired."

Before moving to Texas I was working in the Chicago area, doing home restorations on very big Georgians & Victorian style homes. Have been doing woodworking for 30 yrs. Built our home and can be seen on the web in any search engine "Texas Plat House". Viewing these photos will give you an idea of the quality of work that we do. They were working with 24 year old oak cabinets and were exact in matching corners & fronts of those old cabinets. It all looks so good. I worked with the owners daughter. The owner was very nice also. The carpenters were a pleasure to work with. They did their work and then the owner would call or text me to ask it there was anything that needed their attention. The payment process was excellent in that it was all done on Intuit and could come directly out of my checking account."
