"Thres and his crew are amazing! He contacted me soon after submitting a request for quote. I wanted covered parking and added on updates to my gated entrance. It took a little while to get our calendars aligned (he's super busy) but once we did everything moved along quickly. They were in and out in just a few days. I'm extremely pleased with the work done and would hire them again in an instant!"

This is an update to our July 13, 2014 review of services provided, at which time Wally had designed and provided all required architectural drawings, 3-D views and plot plans required by our community HOA for approval .

After a significant wait for final response from the HOA, the original covered patio plan for the  placement and size and design we wanted, were denied. That brought major disappointment, delays and the need to go back to the drawing board. So back to Wally we went for help.

Wally redesigned the structure to accommodate the space available and again prepared all the drawings, documents, plot plan and 3-D views required by the HOA, in a very timely manner. He provided this excellent service at NO cost. How grateful we are to Wally for his timely and generous assistance. The HOA has approved the revised project plan. A great service and result. We highly recommend Wally Westbrook

"I was very impressed. Sonny and his team were wonderful at communicating with me while they were doing the job they were hired to do. They were on time, did great prep and clean up . The neighbors were already giving compliments to me and Sonny about his team’s exterior paint job on my house as we were doing the final inspection. I will definitely be consulting with Sonny about any future projects that arise."

"They installed a doggy door in my Cuero home and it looks great! The guy who came over was super professional and walked me through the whole process and cleaned up the area after he was done. Will definitely be using The Smart Fix Handyman again!"
