They also checked a cold water line that had clogged with the old softener pellets. Our home was left clean and the new unit is much smaller and looks nice in the laundry room. Sandy was the young lady in the office that helped me at first, and she was a joy to deal with. She was a great help in selecting this unit. "Was asked if I wanted to be on the cheap or if I wanted to upgrade for long-term durability and use.  I  have no plans to sell my home so was interested in quality of materials used to manufacture the parts, e.g., not bronzed/chromed plastics, and that are proven to be reliable.  It was also nice to be asked upfront what features were most important to us e.g., long neck or horizontal faucet; type of sprayer preferred, requirements for sink drain, and method to turn on/off the outside values (slide vs/ screw).  All pricing was given with parts and labor inclusive so there was no question what I was expected to pay for each facet of repair considered.  Faucet was ordered so was kept informed when it would be available and was contacted at that time to schedule a time to install.  No delay from initial contact to project completion.
